Artwork Packages
Great artwork doesn't have to cost a fortune! The Calendar Factory is proud to announce our new art packages, with real artists making real custom calendars, and still retaining our famous "Always Beautiful!" Guarantee!
There are essentially 4 categories of art:
- No art: BYO-PDF (Bring Your Own PDF). You supply the correctly prepared file, and there's no setup fee. We just print it. Art: $0
- Beautifully basic art: The Silver Package includes everything you need to create a simple calendar. The price of beauty: $295
- Beautifully involved art: The Gold Package offers more choices, more options, and more freebies. The price of beauty: $575
- Beautifully perfect art: The Platinum Package is loaded with choices, freebies, and lots of time with a real artist. The price of perfection: $985
How do we do it? Using digital color technology, and having a highly specific production line, we've streamlined the process at every corner -- but without shaving any corners from a quality perspective. Request a sample; you'll see that these calendars are just as beautiful as they are affordable.
BYO-PDF
Our new BYO-PDF program (which means, Bring Your Own PDF) lets you supply your own artwork, or we have the packages below that bring ad-firm artwork down to everyday prices.
For a calendar to qualify for BYO-PDF -- and no setup charge -- it must be prepared per our guidelines. Perfect for the trade, the printing price point is low enough
to make this a great resale opportunity as well.
Silver Custom Design Package
The Silver Package includes everything you need for a basic -- and beautiful -- custom calendar ... fully custom design for your wall-calendar at an affordable rate. Since all we do is calendars, we've streamlined a system that makes it easy for you to get great results, yet stick to a budget!
The Silver Custom Design Package results in The Calendar Factory's famous "Guaranteed Beautiful!" calendar, including:
- You receive a beautiful design concept, based upon the materials you've supplied.
- You're entitled to 2 rounds of revisions (one for design and one for content).
- You'll receive all digital PDF proofs of your calendar.
- It's "Guaranteed Beautiful!" ... or we'll either fix it or refund your deposit.
- You submit 13 photos, we lay them out in your calendar. (No bleeds)
- You submit 13 text areas, we layout in your calendar. (Please supply text in a Word document labeled by month, incl. one called "extra," maximum of approx. 150 words).
- You submit any custom dates desired, photo credits, the official title of calendar, the ISBN number (if you want) entered into an Excel document we provide, and we insert it all into your calendar.
- You can submit any color preferences for the "major color" and an "accent color," or our top artists will choose for you.
- We provide several template designs, and you choose the basis of your calendar's look.
- Silver includes January to January of 2007, 2008, or 2009.
- A promotional "flier" design is available at a highly reduced $25 (usu. $150).
A real artist creates a real calendar, with your materials not by computer, and nothing like the "ad specialty" companies that make 400 products. No, this is all about your calendar.

Gold Custom Design Package
The Gold Package offers a completely designed wall-calendar, with lots of extras that you can use to make more with your calendar. Using our streamlined system, you'll have a truly beautiful and most importantly, highly effective calendar low cost!
Suited perfectly for business calendars, the Gold Custom Design Package includes The Calendar Factory's famous "Guaranteed Beautiful!" calendar design, with all this included:
- You receive 2-3 beautiful design concepts, based upon the materials you've supplied.
- You're entitled to 3 rounds of revisions (up to 2 for design issues).
- You'll receive one hard-copy color printout of your calendar mailed to you.
- It's "Guaranteed Beautiful!" ... or we'll either fix it or refund your deposit, so there's no risk in getting a great calendar!
- You submit up to 26 photos, we lay them out in your calendar (bleeds included!)
- You submit 13 text areas, we layout in your calendar. (Please supply text in a Word document labeled by month, incl. one called "extra," maximum of approx. 150 words)
- You submit any custom dates desired, photo credits, the official title of calendar, the ISBN number (if you want) entered into an Excel document we provide, and we insert it all into your calendar.

As always, this calendar is created by a top-notch artist under the supervision of an Art Director. It's not computer-generated, nor is it an "imprinted" product. This is your calendar.

The Platinum Package is an ad-firm quality all-inclusive design package that's literally thousands less than ad-firm prices. Why? All we do is calendars, so we've streamlined the system so you can have the best knowledge, from the most experienced partner, at a cost-effective price. The Platinum Custom Design Package includes a final wall-calendar design featuring all this:
- You receive up to 5 beautiful design concepts, based upon your initial input.
- You'll get up to 5 rounds of revisions (up to 3 for design issues).
- You'll receive one hard-copy color printout of your calendar mailed to you.
- It's "Guaranteed Beautiful!" ... or we'll either fix it or refund your deposit, so there's no risk in getting a great calendar!
- You submit up to 50 photos, we lay them out in your calendar
- Bleeds and cross-overs (non-color critical) included!
